Terms and Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before creating an account on PPH. By registering, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms. PPH is a platform designed for youth football profiles. All accounts must be created and managed by a parent or guardian.
1. Eligibility and Account Responsibility
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account on PPH.
- By registering, you confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian of the young person whose profile you are creating.
- You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including any profiles you create and manage.
- You must not allow any person under the age of 18 to register their own account or manage their own profile.
- PPH reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account where a parent or guardian cannot be verified.
2. Purpose of the Platform
- PPH is a digital showcase platform that allows parents and guardians to create verified football profiles for young players, upload match videos, generate highlight clips, and share these profiles with coaches and scouts.
- The platform is not a social network, dating platform, or general-purpose content host.
- Profiles are intended solely for legitimate football development and scouting purposes.
3. Player Profiles
- Each player profile must represent a real, identifiable young person whose parent or guardian has authorised the creation of the profile.
- You must not create a profile for a player you do not have parental or guardian authority over.
- Profile information must be accurate. Submitting false information, including a false date of birth, is a breach of these terms.
- You may set a player profile to public or private at any time. Public profiles are visible to all registered users of the platform.
- PPH may remove any profile that violates these terms, contains inappropriate content, or is reported by the community.
4. Video and Highlight Content
- You may only upload videos in which you have the right to do so. You must have the consent of any other individuals identifiable in the video, including other young players.
- By uploading content, you grant PPH a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, and process that content for the purpose of delivering the platform's services.
- Original source videos are automatically deleted 24 hours after upload. Highlight clips generated from those videos are retained until deleted by you.
- PPH applies storage limits based on your subscription plan. Storage caps are displayed in your account dashboard.
- You must not upload content that is offensive, discriminatory, sexually explicit, or otherwise unlawful.
5. Follows, Likes, and Contact
- Registered users may follow public player profiles. Follows are visible to the guardian managing that profile.
- Guardians control the visibility of a player's profile and may set any profile to private at any time, which immediately stops new followers from viewing it.
- Contact requests sent via the platform are routed to the guardian's account — not directly to the player.
- Any attempt to contact a young person directly, outside the platform's controlled contact system, is a serious safeguarding breach and will result in immediate account termination and may be reported to the relevant authorities.
6. Player Tier System
- PPH operates a tier system (Standard, Silver, Gold, Black Elite, Platinum) based on a player's engagement metrics, including highlight count, total highlight views, and follower count.
- Tiers are computed automatically and may increase or decrease as metrics change.
- Tier status does not represent any official football ranking, endorsement, or assessment of a player's ability.
- PPH reserves the right to modify tier thresholds at any time.
7. Subscriptions and Billing
- PPH offers a free tier and paid subscription plans. Details of current plans and pricing are shown at the point of purchase.
- Payments are processed securely. PPH does not store your full payment card details.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- Top-up storage purchases are non-refundable once the storage has been applied to your account.
- If a payment fails, your account will enter a grace period. If payment is not resolved within the grace period, your account will lapse to the free tier.
8. Prohibited Conduct
- You must not use PPH for any unlawful purpose.
- You must not impersonate another person or organisation.
- You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any account or system.
- You must not scrape, harvest, or systematically collect data from the platform.
- You must not post content that is defamatory, abusive, threatening, or hateful.
- You must not use the platform to solicit, groom, or communicate with minors in any inappropriate manner.
- Violations may result in immediate account termination and referral to law enforcement.
9. Intellectual Property
- PPH and its logo, design, and platform code are the intellectual property of PPH Platform.
- You retain ownership of any content you upload. By uploading, you grant PPH the rights described in Section 4 only.
- You must not reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit any part of the PPH platform without written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
- PPH is provided on an 'as is' basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
- PPH is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the platform.
- Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of PPH shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
- Nothing in these terms limits our liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence.
11. Account Termination
- You may delete your account at any time from your account settings.
- On account deletion, all player profiles, videos, and highlight clips associated with your account will be permanently removed.
- PPH may suspend or terminate your account at any time for breach of these terms, suspected illegal activity, or safeguarding concerns.
12. Governing Law
- These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
- Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
13. Changes to These Terms
- PPH may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or via an in-app notice.
- Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
